The Norwood Young America Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 2012 Business Bonanza and Spring Craft Fair on Saturday, March 24th! The event will be held at Central High School and will run from 9am to 3pm.

Spots remain for BOTH the Business Bonanza and the Post Prom Spring Craft Fair!

Exhibitor Info

On behalf of the Norwood Young America Chamber of Commerce, thank you for exhibiting at our Business Bonanza.   The NYA Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 2012 Business Bonanza! The date for the showcase is Saturday March 24. The show hours are from 9:00am – 3:00pm.

Registration:  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM. Registrations will be taken until February 24, 2012. Any registrations recieved before February 10th will by entered into a drawing for a door prize. Cost for 2012 is $110 for Chamber Members and $150 for Non Chamber Members.

Booths: The exhibit booths are 8 x 10 and curtained on three sides. (Back curtains will be blue and silver with the side curtains being white). A Blue tarp will be place on the floor.  The backdrop is 8′ high with 3′ high side dividers. You are allowed to pin or tape lightweight items onto the curtains. Tables and chairs are not provided. You need to bring these along. When you arrive for set up please look at the map for your booth location, there may have been a change made at the last minute.

Electricity: Each booth will have access to electricity. If you plan to use electricity you need to bring along an extension cord or you can also seek the help of experts from electrical company conway sc to get extension cord done.

Set-up: Set-up is from 4:30-6:30pm on Friday March 23.  When setting up you may pull your vehicle either to the backdoors of the West Gym or at the west loading dock to unload, but after you need to move your vehicle so that others can unload. The doors will be open one hour before show time on Saturday. You must be ready by 9:00am. Booths must be taken down Saturday after the show hours (3:00pm). No one is to take down until after 3:00pm.

Parking:  Please unload your exhibit and then park your car in the front of the school (Morse Street).

Promotional Items: If any business intends to use a mascot outside your booth, the NYA Chamber must approve prior to the show. A mascot can roam the area, but is not able to pass out any business flyers/promotions outside of your booth.

Drawings: The NYA Chamber will be having various NYA Chamber Buck drawings throughout the day. You may have your own business drawing at your booth. If you sponsor a drawing at your booth, please indicate the name of the winner(s) on your Evaluation form, which will be provided by the Chamber. We ask that you return this form to the Chamber of Commerce booth by 3:00 pm on Saturday. We will then have your drawing results published in the NYA Times at no extra charge

Demonstrations: Please let the Chamber know if you are planning on doing demonstrations at your booth.

Other: Central High School is a smoke and chemical-free building. Also no gasoline can be brought in or stored in the school building. Do not spray tires with silicone cleaner and no propane in the building. This year there will be food served in the commons area.
